Ok okmaybe a little beyond furious.

 

Get all my stufff together that the mortgage peopels need, the guy at eagle home mortgage after hearing my story that happened with the other employee, is willing to go so far with frechly pulled myfico reports. so i go to pull them. And drum roll please.

 

They dropped 20 22 and ?? , why did EQ and TU drop ? becasue new sears card info jsut came in, and i have an 8 dollar balance. instead of a 0. Now i wont go into why i have an 8 dolalr balance, okay i will for a second they asked me on the phone if i wanted some FREE insuurance i said yes. Now it charged my 9.99 and i had a 2 dolalr credit already. Anyways how does having an 8 dollar balance make me more of a credit risk ? Thats like 1 or 2% of my total balance. what if it was 1 damn cent. So now after calling guy at morgage place with a 664 mid score i got a 642. i don't know if theis will knock me out of the program he wquoted me on earlier but i am furoius already and that will really set me off. Also interest rates falling last couple of days as well so the 5.75 i got a quote for may have been a 5.50. I will try to hold anger back till i see if it keeps me from a good rate.

 

EXP hasn't dropped yet becasue they aren't finshed updating but i assume they will drop as well.

will or others do you think this will hurt me ? I wanted to lock in my rate like ASAP but with that drop will it offset based oin rates ?

 

Should i risk waiting another month for the sears card to reflect a 0 balance again ?

 

should i pay the 8 dollars tonight and get a letter and send it into the CRA's ? my guess is that will take about 20 days anyways total time.

 

what do you pros think ?

I think rates are going up a lil today no 5.5.......at least today...I dunno Hideous...go get the damn loan and put your LO out of his misery :wink:
