No mortgage for me this year

Been looking at real estate. Mortgage person says there are no loans for me. My middle score is 493. He says when I get to 500, maybe a program at 12% :oops: . I have a BK7 discharged 1 year this month. I have been working on cleaning my reports, but still lot of errors (probably what's making my score so low). Looks like I am going to have to wait until my reports are cleaned up some more. Any advice form the experts out there? :roll: Thanks.

4 new tradelines since the BK. All on time. Problem is: things are reporting as late or charge off that should be included in BK. Experts on the other board say under NO CIRCUMSTANCES send BK papers to cra's. That is their job to validate and precludes you from ever disputing. My other 2 scores were 525 and 451. :cry:

dont send papers... dispute as not mine, then as IIBK, if they verify that the info they have now is correct... sue baby! leverage that for deletions..

I've dealt with this same issue for customers. Actually, you are in a great situation. Dispute the incorrect BK accounts simply as incorrect information. When the CRA does not fix the account, send an ITS letter. If they do not delete it, then actually sue them. A lot of people poke around building cases and sending tons of letters - The law is the law, if they break it and you can prove it, run it up their a**.

He he he. Actually, I'm in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico comissioning a well, using slow analog via satelite. Double or even triple posting may be the norm until I get back on land..........
