Employment Verification

Greetings,

A while back someone asked about when employment was verified and I thought I'd share my experience. I am working with Will and my first loan went through - second loan different property is in progress both times the verification was done at the END of the process.

First verifier called me at my work number and as I answered it was good enought.

Second lender wanter to speak with my Manager and when he returned her calll she did not ask who he was, what company it was or his return number . That was today. Perhaps they will call back again?

Just thought this might help someone out there and if not it was worth a :?

You all would be amazed at how many people quit their job in the middle of their loan and forget to tell their lender.

 

If this happens to you please call you lender/broker -- they will find out as most companies call either the day before or the day of closing.
