USDA Rural valid links ?

did a search on yahoo and here of coarse, none of the links to the USDA for the housing are working, are they down or did they move been triing to get to it for about 24 hours.

how do i click on the links in acrobat reader ?

also i see this program is a loan with 100% LTV. but it doesn't talk about intertest rates at all, i am triing to find info on this my friend told me his mom has one of these loans and its 3% interest and when she lost her job it went to 1% ? you know what they are talking about ?

those are internal links that wouldnt work even if it wasnt a pdf because you dont have the username and passwords for it :wink: I just wanted to procide some good info on it

well basically all i need to know is the income levels and what percentage rate the loans are.
