How does this one look? I think it looks better! FYI: this is a conventional 30 year fixed with a rate of 6.36% locked for 60 days. This lady did'nt just send the gfe she sent everything includeing the actual loan papers!

i didnt see a broker fee or a loan origination fee.......not sure if you skipped it..looks really good...200 for an appraisal though, wow...seems real low..wish my guys charged that!

we went directly to the bank so I am assumeing there isn't any broker or arigination fees there is though a 300.00 app fee you pay to AMCORE (bank).
