Refinance question HELLLLLP =)

HI:

 

Problem: My house was refinanced. It took months for the new refinance company to pay off a small balance to Chase Manhattan. Chase Manhattan never ever notified me of a problem. No bills, no phone calls, etc. I pay the refiance note on time every month no problem.

 

I pull my credit report, they have it as late 5 or 6 times!!! Plus, they have the wrong amount they were paid listed. It say paid, but it has all these lates. And on my experian, it actually said FORECLOSURE along with the lates, then it says paid, with the wrong amount.

 

I don't know how to dispute it. I can't say its not mine because they will verify my name, social and address. How do I handel this? Chase never answers the phone.

contact the mortgage broker you dealt with and ask his opinion..if ya dealt directly with chase...well..er........good luck.
