PFD on student loan?

Help I've got a CA calling about $500 I owe my college for a student loan. They have really started calling lots lately. They also sent me letters. Is there any chance for a PFD with them? I believe they are Windham Professionals or something. Any advice? Thanks.

send them a DV letter if in fact they are a CA. don't PFD unless you are certain that it is in fact your debt to settle, BUT let them prove the debt to you before doing anything. GL!
