hi, noob here , my main question is since plain green loans is not licensed or bonded to make loans in oklahoma where I live, is it true that all I am legally required to pay them back is the principle, and since the loan comes from a sovereign native American nation in another state, is it even collectable? Also they drafted a payment from my checking after I emailed them revoking my previous authorizations for them to do so. Was that legal for them? Also what are the chances that pioneer military lending or omni military lending will sue me for less than 5000 dollars?

You're best course of action is to speak to your local JAG Officer.

Are the Pioneer and Omni loans currently active or old loans you defaulted on? If active, try everything you can to pay them because it sounds like you are headed down a bad road that we've all been on. If you can avoid going down that road at all, please do. It's a long hard fight to come back from it.
