Student Loan Discharged Due to Medical

i have 2 loans that were defaulted while going through medical disability discharge process and it took many years before it finally went through

ACS is reporting lates then paid in full account closed

 

Payment Status:Paid, was past due 180 days or more Pays account as agreed Paid or paying as agreed

 

 

Comments: PAID ACCOUNT / ZERO BALANCE

STUDENT LOAN

Any way of getting lates or ACS removed? thanks
