A pretty strict diet in the gym 5 days/week so my girl won't trade me in for a better model.

A pretty strict diet in the gym 5 days/week so my girl won't trade me in for a better model.

I put myself on a strict diet 10 months ago - no excercise, normal dinner, but teensy brunch...I`ve lost about 9" off my waist and am set

to add yet another new hole in the belt within a week or so. It eventually becomes easy to stay on a diet because your stomach starts

to shrink(internally, as well as externally), and after a while, you no longer feel hungry or deprived after eating a small meal.

Congrats on making such a drastic change!!! A little exercise will make it fun especially if the gym has a lot of girls.

 

I just avoid fat but probably eat a lot more than most due to a fast metabolism.
