willubmyknight Posted May 1, 2012 Posted May 1, 2012 This is a GREAT board - thank you so much to everyone ~ PsychDoc's "seminar" was a GREAT place to start ~ definitely gave me enough information and encouragement to get this started and stop putting it off! Quote
GenkiSam Posted May 1, 2012 Posted May 1, 2012 Hey I've been a member for a month or so and I've made at least 4 posts that seem to have been approved. Shouldn't I be able to edit my profile by now and post without moderator approval? The system won't let me contact mods either so if anyone is reading this that can help me, I'd appreciate it. Quote

bmorlock7 Posted May 29, 2012 Posted May 29, 2012 Hey all! New to the board, was referred by one of my employees (who's FICO is now better than mine!) Have gone through all of PsychDoc's seminars and is looking forward to the freedom from the constraints that my bad credit has put me through for years. Let's get it on!!! Quote
CeeCee2006 Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 Is it right that BOA can charge an interest rate of 26.9% on a closed account that has been sent to a debt collector. I was layed off from my job and on unempolyment for two years and unable to payI'm seending. Now that I've made payment arrangements the inerest is more than the payments I'm sending. At this rate I will never pay off this card. This should be criminal charges brought against these banks for doing this to people who are trying to do the right thing. I know now why so many people file bankruptcy. BOA even filed a judgement against me on another credit card while I was on unemployement making $275 a week and that ended up costing me $1000 more that I owed to start with. I might as well have borrowed money from mobsters as these sorry crooked banks. Can anything be done to stop them from charging the interest so people can pay off the debt. Thank you Quote
Babygirl15 Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 Hi everybody!! So glad I found this site. LOTS and LOTS of reading to be done. I'm still very clueless on where to begin after I get the reports but I'm still reading and sure I'll figure it out. Right now it seems VERY overwhelming. I'm sure I'll be asking a lot of questions so please be patient with me Quote
talon7351 Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 This is mainly a test to see if this post will show up. Last question I tried to post never showed up and I am unable to use quite a few of the functions. Anyway I have been on this board off and on for over 7 months and I have been getting real good results so far. I do have a few troublesome tl's and I am working on them and may ask for a little assistance later. Quote
