From what I've read on this forum, pulaski is in a state with a rate cap so as soon as a cardholder makes them nervous they sell the account to another lender.

Yep, heard of them. My question is where are the rewards? There are other cards out there with the 7.99% APR(and lower) with rewards programs...

So odd that Pulaski Bank came up. On the Today show this morning, the Financial editor recommended them because of their fixed 7.9% card. Too bad Chase sponsored the segment. LOL

Both the team and MLB can sign for branding - Tigers have a chase issued card too.
