Got my card today, and the info I was given remained correct. I've been a member for more than 15 years and am also a Lilly employee.

 

The CU is good, they just aren't (in my opinion) ready for the CB effect.

 

My sympathies to Ron, and anyone else that got jerked around.

No worries about ELFCU. They just have to decide how much money they want to make in the CC business. I'm guessing a slow start is a logical approach for many smaller institutions. I think we just wish the roll-out was a bit smoother.

At least they didn't close all your accounts and instruct their CSRs to not talk to you like some other CUs.
