I'm about to check my TU FICO via Wal Mart, however, I noticed the it says it is updated by the 10th BUSINESS day of the month. So I'll let you know if they are up!

 

ETA: Mine still shows FICO from July 19th. Hasn't updated yet. Anyone else?

Damnit... This is making me want to apply for this more and more so I can be apart of this. It has the feel of waiting for Santa when you're about 5 years old.

Twas the night before FICO and all through CB

Users were waiting for numbers impatiently

They had a tab loaded with the site, they stared

In hopes their new score soon would be there.

 

The users were up, glued to their screens

While visions of a new FICO score felt like a dream

3 digit numbers danced through their heads

While doing daily pulls right before bed.

 

"THEY'RE UP!" shouted BobWang, with a delight.

"It's 10 business days. They were actually right."

Users raced quickly to find out their score.

Tripping over shoes, running into a door.

 

600....700....800....what will it be?

Laughing, giggling, filled with glee.

"Yes, it went up!", one user posts.

Celebrations aplenty, even though some mope.

 

With this month done, now we wait

Another agonizing month, this I just can't take!

Hurry up, Walmart FICO! Get here quick!

CB is restless; you might beat them off with a stick.

 

Until the next time, FICO leaves into the night

Got approved for the store card with a $600 limit. I applied online.

Will this score update itself or do I need to pull it manually after 30 days?

I think you just go to Account Services and click "Fico Score" and it will show you the most recent one has checked. The new FICOs go up "by the 10th business day" of each month.

 

I've probably refreshed mine a dozen times since yesterday.

 

Hanging around this board can make you OCD ;)

Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan I really don't want this card!! I had actually missed this thread with vacation and then someone had to bump it!

 

This could derail my Barclay US Air, AmEx Delta Gold & Blue Cash Preferred double-app that's coming after my Citi balance updates this month & everything is at least 6 months old. OH NO!!! Barclay probably won't like this, huh?

Yeah I'm really wrangling with it! I want the airline miles to sit on and there's a nice Barclay offer right now. (Chase won't have me because of 9yr old CO, although I still have an untouched WaMu card with them.) I want the AmEx Blue Cash Preferred for the massive cash back in the major categories that my Citi Forward doesn't cover -- 6% groceries, 3% gas & dept stores. Delta is for the miles & b/c of the AmEx 2-app-1-pull golden bonus baby.

 

There are so few Wal-Marts around Los Angeles, and really non-existent on the west side where I live, so a gas discount, even if they had gas stations at those, is irrelevant to me. In fact, the card is irrelevant except for the TRANSUNION FICO!!! That makes me nuts. I actually already am an AU on a WM Discover, but it never showed up on my CRs. But you're probably right -- I need to exercise some prudence and, if I'm going to add anything, add higher end products right now.
