BUT...if you're hellbent on doing it (and it's worth the cost to you) then you'd want to have ~20% utilization across the board...on each card, as well as overall...

Thank you Pryan - I went with another option at 20% to withdraw savings. 20% utilization is the answer I have been asking for.
