Mine is pretty close

PSECU 717

Credit Sesame 725

This is going to get confusing.

I propose using different acronyms for CreditSecure and Credit Sesame .

One can be CS and the other C$ :P

My PSECU Experian FICO is 823, Credit Sesame is 826.

Capn12 says is AmEx Experian FICO is only 2 points lower than Credit Sesame's.

It would be interesting to see if other people's Experian FICOs are also close to Credit Sesame's score.

PSECU EX: 684

Credit Sesame: 754

+/- 70 points is the winner! :P

Leave it to me be the outlier! :)

With 8 data points so far, Correlation = 0.85

If I toss out the 2 outliers, Correlation = 0.99

I thinks it's pretty safe to say that Credit Sesame is VERY close to Experian FICO.

Will the real EX FICO please stand up.

My PSECU says 689 and CS says 690.

Melody gets the prize for closest match so far. :D

And I get nothing for being last ..... :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

justlost, YOUR data point gets tossed. :P

But, you make a good point that Credit Sesame is probably not picking up your Public Record. :D

The statistics so far, using a crude linear regression:

n=10, m=0.9968, r=0.9864

n=12, m=0.8509, r=0.8552

IOW, multiply your Credit Sesame score by 0.9968, and that should be a pretty good approximation of your true Experian FICO score.

n=11, m=0.9606, r=0.985

n=13, m=0.8276, r=0.8546

Made a mistake in the range in the last post, multiply Credit Sesame score by 0.9606 to get estimated Experian FICO score.

My Credit Sesame is 767 and my PSECU FICO is 768. On another forum, a person posted who works for Credit Sesame and indicated that they use Experian's "National Equivalency Score".

Every FAKO I have ever used is very close to my FICO.

My "GUESS" is that FICO and FAKO's are very close if your credit report is clean. If you have complicated things like charge off's, random 90 day lates, 30 day here, 60 day there, bankruptcy, judgement, etc. it becomes very hard for FAKO's to approximate.

My FAKO in the last 2 years has moved exactly, within a few points, of my FICO. I have a very clean report. I'm curious if this makes a difference for those already posting their scores, can you give us a 1-10 ballpark number on how clean vs not clean your report is?

I have a clean report since 2007 and my Fakos never change except for

inq. and once when DM maxed out her Chase CC and I was quickly removed

from her CC. It's been 761 since forever.

Experian FICO pulled by NASA on Aug 5 2011: 713 (2 old hards on report)

Experian FAKO from Credit Sesame Aug 6 2011: 698 (2 old + 1 new hard on report)

Unfortunately they were pulled in the wrong sequence, so the Credit Sesame pull includes the additional hard inq by NASA. But that can't account for the whole 15 points, I have a thick file.

As for PSECU, I can't get in. But who needs 'em anyway? They don't even give out badges. :beee:

My reports are squeaky clean, and my FAKOS in my siggy are nowhere close to my FICOs.
