If you love showing ID write "SEE ID" on the back of the card in permanant marker and then hand the clerk your ID with the card.

And then hopefully they wont accept it at all since its not valid unless signed, and CID/See ID doesnt count.

That would work if the clerks actually checked the signature block in accordance with the policy that you guys uphold like the gospel.

Most retailers will take it with ID just so the customer won't get mad and so they can make $$$.
