I finally decided to break down and order the Fico platinum kit so I can compare my FICO scores to my FACO scores and when I go to check my EQ score I get the message: Unfortunately, we were unable to confirm your identity during your last purchase attempt. Your security is important to us, and therefore you will need to confirm your identity prior to purchasing any future myFICO® product.

 

It only took them a matter of seconds though to charge my credit card! 6/18/201112:12 PM$42.467399Business Services Not Elsewhere ClassiMYFICO.COM SAN RApproval

I was able to get a TU score though. Unfortunately it was 26 points lower than my FACO score (688 vs 714)

 

Just go through their identity check. They usually want driver's license and SS card or sometimes a bill or bank statement in your name. It doesn't hurt anything to send it. Black out details on bank statements and bills.

 

It's good to know exactly where you stand, and then you can use the FAKO's to tell which direction you're going.

I called their 800 number to try to get this resolved, but of course the person I talked to could barely speak English, and she said I didn't answer the questions correctly and therefore she can't unlock my EQ info. Now I'm not sure what to do. She was no help at all

 

EDIT: I found out what the problem was. Apparently, according to them, my home address is an address that I never in my life lived at. It's the current address of my ex-wife, whom I've been divorced from for over 6 years now (How does stuff like this happen) I guess I can dispute the address? My EQ score is 703, so real close to my FACO of 712

FICO25 didn't work for me earlier today w/ EQ, just tried it again before pulling TU for my 6 month checkup and it still didn't work. I've tried all the codes I've seen posted on here as well a couple I'd use before finding CB any nothings working.

This morning I tried every single coupon code that has been used over the last few months, including everybody's faves: CPPSAVINGS and UNIONPLUS. Nada today, at least for me.

 

I was fully prepared to spend $30 on my credit reports/scores today. Now they will get exactly $0 from me.

 

Silly greedy FICO.

I have regular monthly score watch for EQ, but it also works when I use it on TU too.

That would suck if the promo codes only end up working for those who purchased the monitoring service.
