Good question. I'm locked out of the EQ backdoor currently, and too afraid to try again because I don't want any early C* this month. :P I use EQ complete to get my soft inquiries, but maybe someone with access to the EQ backdoor could give you some info. If I remember correctly, you just click on "Inquiries in the Last 2 Years" and they're under your hard inquiries.

OMG: Does the backdoor graduate you from C* to C*-squared?

 

Supposedly it can. I've never had it happen personally, but it's a possibility.

Are all the 'good softs' this counter counts legit towards B*? I am at 37 and just got chopped on 2/27 so I'd be looking good on my first B* attempt if so

btw im using USAA, MPM, EQ Complete, credit karma for TU-which im getting bumpage on TU just fine..but none on EQ

 

Did you just sign up for EQ Complete?

 

yes and no, in other words i have always had EQ complete but from time to time i would cancel it...no choppage yet

FYI, I have posted this before but I don't think anybody responded... the counter is "counting" softs for me from Digital Federal CU and I know they do not count.

I'm not completely understanding why there is no change. I started my daily triple pulls (EC, CCT, and MPM) which always achieved B* for me. I tried the counter two days ago and again today, and it shows "good" softs at 4, the same each day, even though there should be six more today than there were two days ago. Read a little more of this post to learn that I should be notepadding, which I did and again, good softs still show as 4.

 

By my manual count, I should have 30 "good" softs:
