Hi i wrote a check in 2002 for a friend who never paid me for the check. Needless to say the check bounced and I am about to file BK and need an address for them. I called and got my account number but they would only give me an address to send in my payment. I asked and was told that I would stay in telecheck system for seven years which should end this year but to be on the safe said I want to file it under my BK and clear my ID number.

 

Does anyone have a address other than to send in payment for them. Thanks
