Thank you for all the information you have shared with me. Over the last 6 years I have been able to wrangle in my personal finances and credit. Starting at a FICO of 515, I now have over 770.

 

Over The Past 6Yrs I have -

2003-2005 -- Established Positive Trade Lines w/Creditors Opening Charge Accounts and CCs

2005 - Bought a new truck with 3.9% financing (best rate offered /Tier 1 @ dealership)

2006 - Bought First Home with a FICO that got me a rate better than published rates on BankRate.com

2007 - Established a $25,000 Line of Credit with BOA

2007 - AMEX approved me for $25,000 Credit Limit on their Costco Card

2008 - Bought a new car for wife with 2.9% financing (best rate offered /Tier 1 @ dealership)

2009 - Bought our dream home in TX -- $266,000 @ 4.375% w/5% DP (rate better than published rates on BankRate.com)

2009+ Working on establishing my Real Estate Investment Business & looking to retire in 10 yrs @ 45
