And we're back to waiting for Appraisals Again!

Ok, so round 1.5 & 2 for appraisals.  Monday morning came, and I found out that the seller didnt have oil again! So the appraisals were to be delayed!  We are scheduled to close on Monday.  My mortgage broker gets on it, and then he emails and lets me know that both are scheduled for today.  So Im in deep prayer & OCD mode as of last night that this all turns out well.  I feel like Im being tugged back and forth. And let me tell you my Realtor tried to pull another psychology move on me again!
