Brokeday! House update!

Ok so the house inspection went well.  Most of the items on the list basically were just reminders of what the owner needs to put finsihing touches on like the handles on the windows, door knobs asfter they finish painting...

So hopefully they agree to the inspection changes. Realtor will prob call me today to let me know what the outcome is.

I did the mortgage application papers yesterday.  I talked to my MB today and he said that I should have a mortgage approval by Monday.  So I will be praying all weekend.  If all goes well he will be orderign the appraisil, and more prayers will be going up.

As I am not the most patient woman, and learning how to not stress, I just hope my hair doesnt fall out during these next few weeks before closing. I am going to treat myself to some braids and an eyebrow wax, as my wig needs to be split bad, and Im looking like oscar the grouch.  Tyring to save money!

Also, prparing for the big move, and a new money management plan, Ive taken all the kids off of my phone plan and put them on prepaids.  Im going to suck up the term fees, cause in the end it was costing me more stress collecting money, and putting money upfront, ect.

I think Im on the right path...finally!
