Seller Funded DPA & Manufactured Home Loans... No Mo!!

Got a note today.... That our investors are ending DPA on MFR'd Homes earlier than the deadline for stick & brick homes.

With the upcoming elimination of the Seller-funded down payment assistance program on FHA loans October 1, 2008, our Investors that accept Manufactured Housing have decided to discontinue DPA's immediately on this property type.  Tuesday, August 19, 2008 is the last day to lock a Manufactured Home (FHA) with seller-funded down payment assistance.
